Crime in Texas: Nicaraguan migrant is decapitated by her husband
Anggy Díaz, a 21-year-old Nicaraguan, was decapitated by her husband Jared Dicus in Texas, United States, and the authorities have already given their verdict on this chilling case.

On Thursday, January 12, 2023, American Jared Dicus was arrested by authorities after he admitted to having killed his wife Anggy Diaza migrant from Nicaragua, hours earlier.
According to police reports, Dicus stabbed his wife multiple times in the back and then he cut off his head.
Additionally, the Waller County Sheriff confirmed that Díaz’s remains were found on a bed and his head in the shower.
This brutal crime, which shocked the Latino community in the United States, It was recorded on Oak Hollow Street in Magnolia, located in the state of Texas.
A year and a half after the murder of Anggy Díaz, last Wednesday, July 31, it was learned that her husband, Jared Discus was sentenced to 40 years in prison for his gruesome acts.
During the time he was detained, Discus underwent several psychiatric examinations to determine whether he was competent to stand trial. and to find out if he was suffering from insanity.

However, prior to his trial, the defense of the American citizen presented a plea agreement he reached with the Texas justice system.
After reaching an agreement with the courts, and being sentenced to 40 years in prison for the murder of his wife Anggy Díaz, Jared Dicus avoided the possibility of the death penalty or life in prison.
