The NIA alleged that the PFI office in Sullya was being used for terrorist activities. The office was on the first floor of Tahira Complex, Aletti Road, Gandhinagar.
Official copy of the seizure has been sent to the owner of the property, District Commissioner and Superintendent of Police of Dakshina Kannada district. The order states that the property should not be leased or rented. Instructions are given once morest moving any property out of the office or carrying out renovation work.
The NIA explained that the conspiracy to kill Praveen Kumar Nettaru took place in the office. Praveen was hacked to death by the assailants in the third attempt.
