The Columbus Blue Jackets lost 3-5 away to the Philadelphia Flyers. The New Jersey Devils lost 4-1 away to the Carolina Hurricanes.
Columbus turned the game around in the middle third thanks to goals from Kirill Marchenko (26′) and Kent Johnson (29′). But Philadelphia fought back and turned the game around once more with two goals until the 35th minute. Travis Konecny and Owen Tippett each had two goals in Philadelphia’s win.
