Injuries are an unfortunate reality of NFL life, but everyone who follows the league — fantasy football players, sports bettors, and fans of teams — wants the latest health information. In that vein, we’re tracking every NFL injury ahead of Week 11.

Let’s review the injury report for every game on the NFL’s Week 11 schedule. Remember, you can always stay updated on the latest injury buzz around the league with PFN’s NFL and Fantasy News Tracker.

NFL Week 11 Injury Tracker

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens (TNF)

Bengals: WR Tee Higgins, OUT (hamstring); WR Andre Iosivas, OUT (knee); WR Charlie Jones, QUESTIONABLE (thumb); EDGE Sam Hubbard, OUT (ankle)
Ravens: WR Devin Duvernay, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); OT Ronnie Stanley, OUT (knee); G John Simpson, QUESTIONABLE (illness/shoulder); EDGE Kyle Van Noy, QUESTIONABLE (groin); LB Trenton Simpson, OUT (concussion); CB Marlon Humphrey, DOUBTFUL (calf); S Daryl Worley, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring)

Bengals: Cincinnati will be without its second-best receiver and second-best edge rusher for the second straight game. With Iosivas sidelined, Trenton Irwin should see a full complement of snaps alongside Ja’Marr Chase after catching a touchdown in Week 10.

Hubbard is out again, too, so Cam Sample, first-round rookie Myles Murphy, and Joseph Ossai will need to take snaps at the defensive end. Fellow pass rusher Trey Hendrickson (knee) didn’t practice Monday but was limited the rest of the week and doesn’t have an injury designation for Thursday night.

Ravens: Stanley and Simpson (who might be able to play) would represent significant losses on the left side of Baltimore’s offensive line, but the Ravens have the depth to withstand their absences. Patrick Mekari will fill in at left tackle, while Ben Cleveland will likely play left guard if Simpson can’t suit up.

On defense, Rock Ya-Sin replaced Humphrey when the latter went down on Sunday and will start at CB if Humphrey can’t play.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns

Steelers: TE Pat Freiermuth (hamstring); DT Connor Heyward (groin); DT Montravius Adams (ankle); S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring); S Keanu Neal (rib)
Browns: WR David Bell (knee); WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion); T Dawand Jones (knee); EDGE Ogbo Okoronkwo (groin); EDGE Alex Wright (knee); LB Matthew Adams (personal)S Grant Delpit (shoulder); S Juan Thornhill (calf)

Steelers: Pittsburgh designated Freiermiuth to return from injured reserve (IR) on Wednesday morning, opening a three-week window during which the Steelers can activate him. Freiermuth initially went down in Week 5, then aggravated his hamstring injury leading up to Week 7. He fully practiced on Thursday after a limited Wednesday session.

Fitzpatrick has already missed two games and began this week with missed practices. Adams and Neal also failed to participate on Thursday.

Browns: Cleveland made the biggest injury news of the week on Tuesday morning when they placed Deshaun Watson on IR following season-ending shoulder surgery. Fifth-round rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson will make his second start of the season on Sunday, playing ahead of veteran P.J. Walker.

On defense, Thornhill hasn’t practiced this week, which could lead to more time for fellow safety Rodney McLeod in Week 10. Delpit was limited on Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice.

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

Bears: RB D’Onta Foreman (ankle); LB Tremaine Edmunds (knee); LB Noah Sewell (knee);
Lions: G Jonah Jackson (wrist/ankle); DT Isaiah Buggs (illness)

Bears: Justin Fields is still listed on Chicago’s injury report as he works his back from a dislocated right thumb, but he’s fully practicing this week. He was close to playing in Week 10 and is expected to be ready for Week 11.

RB Khalil Herbert is also fully practicing after a limited Wednesday session. The Bears will likely activate him from IR before their matchup against the Lions. Foreman has been limited this week but doesn’t seem to be in danger of sitting out Sunday’s game.

Lions: Jackson and Buggs were the only Lions who failed to practice today. Jackson missed Weeks 6 through 8 with an ankle injury and is now dealing with ankle and wrist issues.

Los Angeles Chargers at Green Bay Packers

Chargers: WR Keenan Allen (shoulder); TE Gerald Everett (back); TE Donald Parham (hip); DT Sebastian Joseph-Day (knee); S JT Woods (illness)
Packers: RB Aaron Jones (hamstring); WR Christian Watson (shoulder); G Elgton Jenkins (knee); DT Kenny Clark (shoulder); LB Quay Walker (groin); CB Jaire Alexander (shoulder); S Rudy Ford (biceps)

Chargers: While Allen didn’t practice on Wednesday, head coach Brandon Staley said he’s “hopeful” the veteran WR will suit up against the Packers. Allen returned to the practice field on Thursday, but his Friday status could be telling. If he does sit out, Quentin Johnston and Jalen Guyton would be in for a lot of work.

Meanwhile, Everett hasn’t practiced, while fellow TE Parham was absent on Wednesday and limited on Thursday. Los Angeles has two other tight ends — Stone Smartt and Nick Vannett — on its roster.

Packers: Jones has been limited this week, but Green Bay is just managing the veteran RB’s reps. Watson’s shoulder injury is more concerning because it’s new. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday.

On defense, Walker and Ford are the only Packers not practicing. Alexander, who missed Week 10, was upgraded from DNP to limited on Thursday.

Las Vegas Raiders at Miami Dolphins

Raiders: OT Kolton Miller (shoulder); G Dylan Parham (calf); G Greg Van Roten (biceps/quad/triceps); EDGE Maxx Crosby (knee); CB Marcus Peters (knee); CB Amik Robertson (concussion); S Roderic Teamer (hamstring)
Dolphins: RB Raheem Mostert (ankle/knee); RB De’Von Achane (knee); FB Alec Ingold (foot); WR Chase Claypool (knee); WR Braxton Berrios (hamstring); TE Durham Smythe (ankle); OT Terron Armstead (knee); G Rob Hunt (hamstring); OL Rob Jones (knee)

Raiders: Offensive line issues continue to be an issue for Las Vegas. Miller sat out last week’s game and didn’t practice today, while Parham also didn’t suit up Wednesday. Both players joined Van Roten as limited Thursday participants.

Dolphins: Miami designated Achane to return from IR this week, and the rookie phenom is fully expected to play on Sunday. He’ll likely split carries with Mostert, who was limited on Wednesday but will play in Week 11.

Claypool is the bigger name, but Berrios plays the bigger role — especially as a returner for the Dolphins. Berrios managed a limited Thursday practice, but Claypool has been absent for back-to-back days.

Armstead was limited today, but neither Hunt nor Jones practiced. Liam Eichenberg and Lester Cotton will start at guard if Hunt and Jones sit out.

New York Giants at Washington Commanders

Giants: RB Saquon Barkley (ankle); WR Jalin Hyatt (concussion); WR Wan’Dale Robinson (knee); OT Evan Neal (ankle); OT Andrew Thomas (knee); EDGE Kayvon Thibodeaux (concussion); EDGE Azeez Ojulari (ankle); LB Bobby Okereke (hip); CB Adoree’ Jackson (concussion); CB Deonte Banks (ankle)
Commanders: RB Antonio Gibson (toe); FB Alex Armah (hamstring); WR Curtis Samuel (toe); EDGE James Smith-Williams (hamstring)

Giants: Meanwhile, Barkley is back on New York’s injury report after not being listed last week. Barkley, who suffered a high ankle sprain earlier this year, is now dealing with another ankle issue. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, a good sign for his Sunday availability.

Neal and Jackson, who missed the Giants’ 10 loss, are the only injured New York players who’ve failed to practice thus far this week.

Commanders: Gibson popped up on Washington’s injury report for the first time this season on Wednesday and hasn’t practiced yet this week. If Gibson misses Week 10, rookie RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. will likely handle passing-down work behind Brian Robinson.

Samuel, who was questionable last week but ultimately played, has been limited all week. When Samuel sat out of Week 9 (with the same toe injury), Jamison Crowder played 47% of the Commanders’ offensive snaps and received six targets, while Dyami Brown also saw increased usage.

Dallas Cowboys at Carolina Panthers

Cowboys: No injuries of note
Panthers: WR Laviska Shenault (ankle); TE Hayden Hurst (concussion); TE Stephen Sullivan (shoulder); TE Ian Thomas (calf); G Austin Corbert (calf); EDGE Marquis Haynes (back); DT DeShawn Williams (personal); CB C.J. Henderson (concussion); CB Jaycee Horn (hamstring); S Xavier Woods (thigh)

Cowboys: Every player — even those with nagging injuries — fully practiced for Dallas on Thursday except left tackle Tyron Smith, who was given a rest day.

Panthers: Carolina has a lengthy injury report to begin the week, but there’s good news to be found here.

Three Panthers who missed Week 10 — Shenault, WR DJ Chark Jr., and EDGE Brian Burns — have managed at least limited practices this week, suggesting they’re trending toward playing in Week 11.

Still, Hurst hasn’t practiced this week, while Henderson was downgraded from limited to DNP on Thursday. That’s two potential starters that Carolina could be missing on Sunday.

Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars

Titans: WR Treylon Burks (concussion); OT Andre Dillard (concussion); G Daniel Brunskill (ankle); LB Luke Gifford (shin); CB Sean Murhpy-Bunting (thumb); CB Anthony Kendall (hamstring)
Jaguars: WR Zay Jones (knee); WR Jamal Agnew (shoulder/ribs); WR Parker Washington (knee); OT Anton Harrison (back); DT Roy Robertson-Harris (ankle); CB Tyson Campbell (hamstring)

Titans: Burks briefly lost consciousness and had to be carted off the field after suffering a concussion in Week 10. He missed Sunday’s game, and head coach Mike Vrabel said Burks isn’t trending toward returning this week.

Dillard seems unlikely to clear the NFL’s concussion protocol this week; if he can’t play, Dillon Radunz will play left tackle. Brunskill was limited on Thursday after sitting out last week’s game.

Jaguars: Jones has missed six of Jacksonville’s nine games with an ongoing knee injury. He was also arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery last week. It’s unclear if Jones’ legal situation will affect his status for Week 11.

Campbell missed two games with a hamstring issue, then aggravated that injury in the Jaguars’ loss on Sunday. Jacksonville’s top cornerback, Campbell hasn’t practiced this week.

Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans

Cardinals: RB Emari Demercado (toe); WR Zach Pascal (hamstring); OT D.J. Humphries (ankle); OL Trystan Colon (calf); EDGE Jesse Luketa (ankle); DT Kevin Strong (knee); DT Jonathan Ledbetter (shoulder); LB Ezekiel Turner (hamstring); S Joey Blount (knee)
Texans: RB Dameon Pierce (ankle); WR Nico Collins (calf); WR Noah Brown (knee); TE Brevin Jordan (foot); OT George Fant (hip); LB Jake Hansen (hamstring/hand); LB Henry To’oTo’o (concussion); S Jimmie Ward (hamstring); S Grayland Arnold (calf)

Cardinals: Demercado missed Arizona’s past two games but was back for a limited practice today. While the undrafted rookie started and handled 21 touches in Week 8, he’s now behind James Conner, who returned from IR in Week 10 — and potentially Michael Carter, whom the Cardinals claimed off waivers this week.

Texans: Pierce has been sidelined for two games and still hasn’t practiced this week. Devin Singletary took 30 carries for 150 yards and a TD against the Bengals on Sunday.

Brown has also missed practice this week after posting 13 receptions for 325 yards and a score over the past two weeks. Collins has been limited this week, while fellow WR Robert Woods was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers

Buccaneers: OT Luke Goedeke (foot); LB Devin White (foot); S Ryan Neal (thumb)
49ers: OT Colton McKivitz (ankle/knee); G Aaron Banks (toe); G Nick Zakelj (biceps); LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (ankle)

Buccaneers: WR Mike Evans (quadriceps) was limited on Wednesday but returned for a full practice session on Thursday. He’s good to go for Week 11.

Meanwhile, Goedeke, White, and Neal — three starters — did not practice on Wednesday. While Goedeke and White were limited on Thursday, Neal sat out again, suggesting he won’t be able to play on Sunday.

49ers: Left tackle Trent Williams received a rest day on Wednesday, but McKivitz was limited, while Banks couldn’t practice after sitting out Week 10. Jon Feliciano played left guard in place of Banks on Sunday.

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills

Jets: WR Garrett Wilson (elbow); OT Mekhi Becton (knee); OT Billy Turner (finger); EDGE Will McDonald IV (ankle); LB Sam Eguavoen (hip); LB Chazz Surratt (ankle)
Bills: WR Trent Sherfield (ankle); DT Jordan Phillips (knee); LB Dorian Williams (knee); CB Christian Benford (hamstring); S Micah Hyde (neck/stinger); DB Cam Lewis (shoulder)

Jets: Wilson picked up an elbow injury in New York’s Sunday night loss to the Raiders. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday. It doesn’t seem like Wilson could miss Week 11, but we’ll monitor his Friday participation.

Bills: Buffalo can’t afford any more injuries on the defensive side of the ball. Fortunately, the Bills are starting to get healthier. Benford and Hyde sat out Buffalo’s Week 10 loss to the Denver Broncos but were limited on Wednesday. Phillips was upgraded from DNP to limited on Thursday.

Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams

Seahawks: WR Tyler Lockett (hamstring); TE Colby Parkinson (biceps); OT Abraham Lucas (knee); G Damien Lewis (back); P Michael Dickson (right hamstring)
Rams: WR Puka Nacua (knee); OT Rob Havenstein (calf); DT Larrell Murchison (knee); CB Cobie Durant (shoulder)

Seahawks: Lockett typically receives at least one veteran rest day per week, so the fact that he didn’t practice on Wednesday doesn’t mean much.

Meanwhile, Lucas — Seattle’s starting right tackle — practiced today for the first time since going down with a knee injury in Week 1. He’s still on IR but could be activated before Sunday’s game. Over the past three weeks, the Seahawks have been deploying a Jason Peters/Stone Forsythe RT platoon.

Rams: You don’t see Matthew Stafford’s name listed above — that’s because the veteran quarterback fully practiced on Wednesday after missing part of Week 8 and all of Week 9 with a thumb injury. Stafford was always expected to return following Los Angeles’ Week 10 bye.

Nacua was limited today, but Rams head coach Sean McVay called the rookie WR’s designation “preventative.” Havenstein was also limited, but McVay expects the right tackle to return in Week 11 after sitting out L.A.’s two games.

Minnesota Vikings at Denver Broncos (SNF)

Vikings: QB Nick Mullens (limited); RB Alexander Mattison (concussion); WR Justin Jefferson (hamstring); TE T.J. Hockenson (ribs); LB Brian Asamoah II (ankle); CB Akayleb Evans (calf)
Broncos: WR Jerry Jeudy (hip); G Ben Powers (foot); (wrist/knee); S P.J. Locke (ankle)

Vikings: Jefferson is still on IR as he works his way back from a hamstring. He was eligible to play last week but was not activated. Jefferson has been limited this week, but head coach Kevin O’Connell didn’t sound overly optimistic about having his WR1 available for Sunday night.

Mattison didn’t practice Wednesday after suffering a concussion against the Saints. Still, he was upgraded to limited on Thursday, and O’Connell said he still has a chance to play in Week 11. If Mattison can’t clear the protocol, Ty Chandler will start at RB for the Vikings.

Hockenson has seemingly been banged up all season but hasn’t missed any time. He put up 11 catches for 134 yards and a score on Sunday despite dealing with a rib injury. Hockenson was limited on Wednesday.

Josh Dobbs has claimed Minnesota’s QB1 job, but the Vikings could be getting some depth under center. Jaren Hall fully practiced today, while Mullens — on IR — has been limited this week.

On defense, Evans hasn’t practiced this week after injuring his calf against New Orleans. Minnesota tried to claim ex-Patriots CB Jack Jones earlier this week, suggesting the club wanted extra bodies in case Evans’ injury costs him time.

Broncos: Jeudy popped up on Denver’s injury report on Thursday, suggesting he injured his hip during practice. His Friday participation will be telling. If Jefuy sits out this week’s game, Marvin Mims Jr. and Lil’Jordan Humphrey will be in for more targets alongside Courtland Sutton.

Powers and Locke haven’t practiced this week and are unlikely to play against the Vikings on SNF.

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs (MNF)

Eagles: TE Dallas Goedert (forearm); S Justin Evans (knee)
Chiefs: No injuries of note

Eagles: Goedert is expected to miss at least a month after fracturing his arm in Week 9, but Philadelphia isn’t placing him on IR. Evans was limited on Thursday.

Chiefs: Kansas City has nine players on its injury report, but all are fully practicing and will play on Monday night.
