Washington Commanders — Cleveland Browns 34:13

The next dismal performance from the Browns offense around quarterback Deshaun Watson. Cleveland scored just 13 points against the weak Washington defense. That won’t happen with the playoffs.

Chicago Bears — Carolina Panthers 36:10

My goodness, that must hurt…

The Panthers are played in Chicago by Bears quarterback Caleb Williams and receiver DJ Moore. Moore played in Carolina from 2018 to 2022 and was then traded to Chicago along with a first-round pick.

With the pick, the Bears ultimately selected Williams in this year’s draft. He throws two touchdown passes to Moore against Carolina – a real winning combination!

Jacksonville Jaguars — Indianapolis Colts 37:34

Well, it’s okay…

In the fifth game of the season, the Jaguars got their first win of the season.

The highlight of the game: Kicker Cam Little shoots the Florida franchise to victory with seconds left.
