Where is the NFL on TV now?

Everything is different! ProSieben has lost the rights to RTL.

RTL shows games at 7 p.m. and 10:25 p.m. on Sundays plus another game online on RTL+.

At DAZN, the conference, the RedZone, continues on Sunday. There is also the German conference. DAZN also broadcasts one game on Sunday (7 p.m. and 10:25 p.m.) and on the nights of Friday (2:15 a.m.), Monday (2:20 a.m.) and Tuesday (2:15 a.m.).

What star transfers happened?

The best-known deal was that of quarterback legend Aaron Rodgers (39). After 18 years with the Green Bay Packers, he wanted to leave. It ended up being traded to the New York Jets. He gave up 32 million euros for the change, earning 69 million dollars until 2024 instead of the guaranteed 101 million dollars.

In 2020 and 2021 he was still the league MVP. The Jets haven’t made the playoffs in 12 years, an NFL record.

There were only smaller deals on the quarterback market: New Orleans took Derek Carr (32) from the Las Vegas Raiders, but they took Jimmy Garoppolo (31) from the San Francisco 49ers.

Wide receiver star Odell Beckham Jr. (30) is back after a year’s break – recovering from a cruciate ligament rupture. He joins the Baltimore Ravens.

Were there mega deals?

All good things come in threes: there were three record deals for quarterbacks!

Jalen Hurts (25/Philadelphia Eagles) initially signed a five-year contract for 235 million euros (47 million per season). After that, Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson (26) with 240m (48m averaging) and then in July Los Angeles Chargers’ Justin Herbert (25) with 242m (48.4m) – also for five seasons – it’s your turn.

It’s quite possible that another crazy deal could come in the near future: Joe Burrow (26) from the Cincinnati Bengals should break the current record.

Who are the favorites for the Super Bowl?

The bookmakers are especially hot for the Kansas City Chiefs! The defending champion has the best odds of winning the Super Bowl at 6-1.

Quarterback Mahomes won the title twice in his first six NFL years. For comparison: Tom Brady (46) already had three Super Bowl rings after five seasons, but only won his fourth of seven championships in the 15th season.

Also big favorites to win: finalists Philadelphia Eagles (7-1), the Buffalo Bills and the San Francisco 49ers (both 9-1). The New York Jets and Rodgers must also be expected (18:1).

When do the German games take place?

After the opening success in Munich, it is now Frankfurt’s turn.

The Miami Dolphins will play Kansas City on November 5, and the Indianapolis Colts will play the New England Patriots on November 12 (3:30 p.m. each). The approximately 100,000 tickets went away immediately. Well over three million people wanted to buy a ticket.

How many Germans play in the NFL?

In addition to Amon-Ra St. Brown (23) from the Detroit Lions, his brother Equanimeous St. Brown (26) also plays in the same position with the Chicago Bears.

Fullback Jakob Johnson (28) is a sophomore with the Las Vegas Raiders. At his position is one of the best in the NFL!

Defensive tackle David Bada (28/Washington) and offensive tackle Kilian Zierer (23/Houston) are both injured. Bada is even canceled for the whole season.
