The 2022 NFL season culminated in the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. Now, the order of the first round of the 2023 Draft has been defined.

Due to the Bears’ loss once morest the Vikings and the Texans’ win over the Colts, Chicago franchise earned first overall pick in upcoming NFL recruiting process.

The Bears took first picks in the 1941 and 1947 seasons; both times they chose halfbacks. In the first they recruited Tom Harmon and later Bob Fenimore.

The 2023 NFL Draft will be held between April 27 and 29 in the plaza outside Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri. The full order will be revealed in March, when the league awards supplementary picks for free agent losses.

Because the Bears have their franchise quarterback in Justin Fields, the main options for the first pick in the 2023 NFL Draft are the linebacker Will Anderson Jr, of the Alabama Crimson Tide; defensive tackle Jalen Carter, of the Georgia Bulldogs; and offensive tackles Peter Skoronskide Northwestern, y Paris Johnson Jrde Ohio State Buckeyes.

31 picks in the first round of the Draft

The Miami Dolphins will not have a first-round pick because the NFL punished them for illegally approaching Tom Brady and Sean Payton to offer them a contract when they were tied to another team.
