NFL: Dane Jackson transported by ambulance after collision with Tremaine Edmunds

Monday night’s game between the Buffalo Bills and the Tennessee Titans produced an ominous scene late in the first half.

The Bills Jackson cornerback was immobilized and then transported by ambulance to a hospital with a neck injury.

In the final moments of the second quarter, Jackson’s neck contorted backwards when he collided with teammate Tremaine Edmunds while trying to make a tackle.

After several minutes of fearing the worst, the Bills announced via Twitter that Jackson will undergo magnetic resonance imaging tests and is able to move his extremities.

A seventh-round pick in the 2020 draft, Jackson is in his third season with the Buffalo organization. It was his second start in as many games this season.

Prior to the incident, he had three tackles in the game once morest the Titans.
