In a duel between two previously disappointing and disappointed teams in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals defeated the New Orleans Saints. The 49ers report a spectacular newcomer.

After the 42-34 win, the Cardinals have a record of three wins and four losses. The Saints have only two more wins to their credit.

Three interceptions by Saints quarterback Andy Dalton dashed all hopes of the guests from New Orleans on Thursday (October 20, 2022, local time) because the Cardinals defenders immediately used two of them for a touchdown. The Cardinals’ most recently criticized playmaker, Kyler Murray, went unintercepted and had a touchdown pass.

Murray: “Two touchdowns is huge”

“The defense has got our backs, two touchdowns, that’s huge. We can play a lot better, I can play a lot better”said Murray.

Hopkins makes season debut following doping ban

DeAndre Hopkins, who was suspended for the season following being suspended for a National Football League doping rule violation, caught ten passes for 103 yards for the Cardinals but didn’t go without a touchdown. “The energy he brings to the field? He’s a special player”said Murray.

49ers bring McCaffrey from the Panthers

The San Francisco 49ers, who meet the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, have made themselves a real title contender with a spectacular new signing and Christian McCaffrey. The running back is coming from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for draft rights, subject to medical checks, the Panthers said.

The 26-year-old is probably the most diverse and therefore the best running back in the National Football League and not only has his strengths in running with the ball, but also in catching passes.
