How is the NFL broadcast going this season – who is showing which games?
The NFL broadcast for Week 17 includes several live games. The start is on the night from Thursday to Friday with the “Thursday Night Game”, which this time is called Titans vs. Cowboys.
On this day, most of the games are scheduled for Sunday, January 1st – as usual from 7:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. This leads to some explosive duels, such as Patriots vs. Dolphins or Packers vs. Vikings.

Who is showing which game in Week 17 live on TV and live stream?
The NFL broadcast once more includes several live games this week.
The opening game of the 17th game day between the Tennessee Titans and the Dallas Cowboys can be seen live and exclusively on DAZN in Germany. The transmission begins on the night of Thursday (December 29) to Friday (December 30) at 2:15 a.m.
On Sunday, January 1st there will be several live games in the NFL broadcast by ranNFL on ProSieben.

Who shows the NFL broadcast 2022 on TV and stream?
When and where which NFL games will be broadcast every week, German American football fans ask themselves every week. The NFL broadcast 2022/23 can be seen on two different channels in Germany. On TV and on the Internet.
Firstly on TV ProSieben and on the other hand via live stream ran.de as well as the sports streaming service DAZN.
ran Football will broadcast three games live every Sunday of the 2022 NFL season. Two on free TV on ProSieben or ProSieben MAXX as well as parallel on ran.de and in the ranApp.
At DAZN, three games are also shown live on each matchday – but at different starting times.
The question remains before each game day: Who is showing what on the NFL broadcast?
NFL broadcast on DAZN – individual games and conference
The streaming service DAZN broadcasts all “prime time games” in its NFL broadcast 2022 in the regular season.
This means: The encounters on Thursday night into Friday (2:20 a.m.), Sunday into Monday (2:20 a.m.) and the very prominent “Monday Night Game” in the USA on Tuesday night (2:15 a.m.) .
In addition, the NFL broadcast on DAZN also includes a single game every week on Sunday at the early kick-off time at 7:00 p.m.

All other Sunday games – both those at 7:00 p.m. and those that start later at 10:05 p.m. or even later – are held as conferences.
At 7:00 p.m. there will be a German conference called “EnDZN” on the DAZN NFL broadcast.
However, if you are interested in the US original commentary, you can also watch the conference in the “NFL RedZone”.
The DAZN ENDZN – the German Sunday evening conference
The NFL ENDZN is a mixture of the live sports conference known in Germany and the famous NFL RedZone.
Fans get an overview of all live games from 7:00 p.m. and don’t miss a single touchdown.
The format focuses on those games where a team is within the opponent’s 20-yard line (the so-called “RedZone”). When a team is close to scoring points, the NFL ENDZN goes live.

Which NFL games are shown on Pro7 and ran.de?
The NFL broadcast on Sunday begins at 6:30 p.m. on ProSieben with “#ranNFLsucht – Das Magazin”. This is where the upcoming game day and especially the game, which will be broadcast from 7 p.m., will be in the mood.

What games is ranNFL showing this weekend?
Which games will appear in the ProSieben NFL broadcast 2022 on Sunday will only be decided at short notice.
It mainly depends on the recent results of the respective teams. After all, ProSieben wants to show the most interesting games live and exclusively, preferably with those teams that are currently doing well.
The only thing that is fixed is that in the ran NFL broadcast on Prosbieben, one game will be shown live on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and one at the later kick-off beginning at 10:00 p.m.
There is also a 7:00 p.m. game on ran.de exclusively in the free live stream.
The RTL NFL broadcast from 2023/24
But next season, the NFL broadcast in Germany will change completely. From the 2023/24 season, RTL has secured the NFL until 2028 – together with DAZN.
The reactions of football fans on Instagram, Twitter and in relevant fan forums were unequivocal. Why did this change come regarding at all? The German NFL community has been asking that since it was announced.
3 reasons for the NFL at RTL from 2023
More growth: “Only” 1.84 million people watched the Super Bowl 2022 on German free TV. However, the absolute figures looked better in previous years. The change to RTL might be a new impetus.
More range: RTL Nitro is more relevant than ProSieben Maxx, the main broadcaster RTL is the strongest broadcaster in Germany alongside the public broadcasters – and thus has more reach than ProSieben. With RTL, the final leap into the mainstream might work.
More money: Ultimately, RTL will have offered more money for the NFL broadcast in Germany than ProSieben. This is often the main reason for a change. RTL should also have recognized that American football is booming in Germany and that the ceiling is far from being reached.
What will the NFL broadcast on RTL look like from 2023?
In the exclusive free TV partnership, a total of three live games per week are scheduled for RTL and NITRO in the NFL broadcast on RTL. Plus an additional game on RTL+.
Between September and February, football fans can look forward to around 80 live broadcasts on RTL every season. Including playoffs and of course Super Bowl.
The NFL broadcast on RTL not only includes the live games during the season, but also starts in spring 2023 with the draft in April and the preseason.
“The agreement covers cross-season reporting, including the weekly regular season games, the NFL games in Germany, the playoffs, the Super Bowl, the preseason, the NFL draft in April, as well as detailed highlight and framework reporting,” shared RTL with.
“This investment underscores our claim to remain the leader in Germany as a broadcasting group in the -relevant target group,” explained Henning Tewes, RTL Managing Director.
