Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Josh Sills is facing one count of rape and another of kidnapping in a December 2019 case in Ohio.

According to ESPN on Wednesday, the 25-year-old is due to appear in Guernsey County Court on February 16 following being indicted by a grand jury. Authorities say Sills forced his victim into sexual activity once morest his will. An investigation was launched soon following by the local police.
The native of Sarahsville, a municipality in the same state, will accompany his teammates to Glendale, Arizona, where they have an appointment with the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII. In the regular season, he played only one game. Having signed a contract last April with the Eagles, he attended West Virginia University from 2016 to 2019.
