Neymar’s father denies news of his son leaving Paris Saint-Germain

The father of the Brazilian Neymar da Silva denied the rumors regarding his departure from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, despite the extension of his contract until June 2025.

Neymar’s father said, in statements published by the French network “RMC”, regarding Paris Saint-Germain’s intention to sell his son, “fake news.”

French press reports confirmed that the departure of the Brazilian Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain is imminent.

For his part, Brazilian Santos officials had already contacted the father of the Brazilian Neymar da Silva, to talk regarding the possibility of the return of the Paris Saint-Germain star, but the matter was rejected because Neymar does not intend to leave Europe.

And Andres Rueda, president of Santos Club, also indicated that he had received more than 100 messages in one day inquiring regarding Neymar’s position.

It is worth noting that Neymar left Santos in the summer of 2013 to move to Barcelona and then joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017.

Neymar’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in the summer of 2025 with an automatic extension clause until 2027.
