Amy Mortimore, co-head of estates and trusts at Clark Wilson, will present at the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC Conference on wills, inheritances and trusts It will be held from 17 to 18 October 2024.
The second day of this hybrid conference is dedicated to property issues, where expert faculty will share their academic knowledge of law and practical experience.
Amy’s session, “Practical Advice from an Experienced Judge, Mediator and Lawyer,” will address key topics such as representing litigants at mediation and in court, as well as strategies for effective mediation and trial preparation. She will present alongside esteemed judges Amy Francis and Tara Britnell, KC, on October 18.
This course is designed for probate attorneys and will also be useful to probate attorneys. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to confidently manage complex real estate disputes.
