Finally Baim Wong reported Paula Verhoeven’s health condition. It turned out that Paula Verhoeven had a miscarriage and was admitted to the hospital.
“In addition to the many stories that I have to cover because it’s inappropriate if we bring each other down. Let’s pretend that I don’t go to Hajj because of this,” wrote Baim Wong in his Instagram account, seen, Saturday (10/6/2023).
Baim Wong said he had deliberately not shared Paula Verhoeven’s news beforehand. He doesn’t want to be pitied.
“I never told, even to the people closest to me, because we don’t want to be pitied,” he said.
“I’m afraid your opinion will go everywhere regarding this pilgrimage. Let’s just say that Allah failed me to leave to take care of my wife who had a miscarriage,” said Baim Wong.
Previously, when giving an explanation about his canceling his pilgrimage, Baim Wong said that Paula Verhoeven was not in good health. Even Nagita Slavina and Zaskia Sungkar had visited Paula.
Initially Baim said Paula Verhoeven was exhausted.
“Just tired. Nope (because I canceled my pilgrimage). He’s safe,” said Baim in the Tanah Kusir area, South Jakarta, Thursday (8/6/2023).
Baim Wong should have left for the Holy Land on June 7 2023. Even then, Baim had already boarded the plane.
Paula Verhoeven’s husband said he would discuss this with the travel party. In addition, he also said there were health problems. This was one of the reasons he didn’t leave.
“Yes, the travel party later I will confirm both of them are afraid of misunderstanding. There are also health problems, so Gigi is visiting Paula,” said Baim Wong.
