Of there is nothing left for the next big Apple event. WWDC23 has been confirmed for June 5, and we expect to see all the new operating systems from Apple, as well as RealityOS and Reality Pro. One of the most anticipated will undoubtedly be iOS 17.

It is the operating system that most iPhones will use in a few months. It’s interesting because usually comes loaded with news, and also tends to give the occasional hint of what we can expect from the next release of Apple. Surely there will be some clues to the news of the iPhone 15, although they will undoubtedly be very subtle.

Now there has been a new big iOS 17 leak. According to a post from Weibo, Apple would be working on several substantial changes in the Music sections, the App Library and the lock screen. A few weeks ago Mark Gurman it took away our hopes of changes in iOS, but this gives them to us again.

The Weibo post mentions quite a few new features that would bring the next version of the operating system to the world. Some are:

• The possibility of choosing the font size for the lock screen.
• The inclusion of a button to share our lock screen with other users.
• An animated widget that allows see the lyrics of Apple Music songs on the lock screen.
• And Apple Music redesign with a simplified interface.
• The possibility of rename the folders de la App Library.
• Changes in the design from the Control Center.
• The flashlight can be adjust freely from the Control Center, just like volume, without just having five intensity options.

The truth is that this looks very interesting. What at first seemed like a very watered down release is slowly turning into a huge update. It is a rumor, which may or may not be true, but it makes sense, and if it is correct, it would make iOS 17 a highly recommended and appetizing update.
