News 24 | The Jeddah Municipality and state real estate announce the start of receiving requests for compensation for the removal of slums, and these documents are required

The Jeddah Municipality and the General Authority for State Real Estate announced the start of receiving requests for compensation for the removal of slums digitally and via the committee’s website in the field, as of January 30th.

They explained that compensation for lands owned by legal instruments will be on land and rubble, and lands not owned by legal instruments will be on rubble only.

They pointed out that the applications for submission are a copy of the deed or document, the owner’s data, a copy of the owner’s national identity, a copy of the agent’s national identity and a copy of the legal agency.

They added that the requests include a clear photograph of the entire building, if any, a copy of the electricity bill, if any, the building’s documentation number, and an aerial photograph of the site, if any.
