News 24 | The Health Insurance Council clarifies the terms and benefits of premium residency insurance

The Health Insurance Council clarified the terms and benefits of the premium residency insurance, which is granted to non-Saudis at the age of 21.

The council added that the individual obtains, under this insurance, the full benefits of the unified policy of the cooperative health insurance system.

He referred to the conditions of the Premium Residency System, which include submitting a medical insurance document in accordance with the Cooperative Health Insurance Law and its executive regulations, and paying the financial compensation specified by the regulation within 30 days of notifying him of the approval.

He stressed that the submitted application will be considered canceled if the individual does not fulfill the requirements within the specified period, noting that it is possible through his website to inquire regarding the health insurance status of the Premium Residency.
