The journalist and writer Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Affendi passed away yesterday evening (Wednesday), following suffering from illness.
Al-Ekhbariya channel and a number of media professionals mourned the late deceased, noting that prayers will be held on his body following this followingnoon (Thursday) at Al-Rajhi Mosque in Riyadh.
It is noteworthy that the late journalist is one of the founders of the Al-Ekhbariya channel. He also worked as a broadcaster on Saudi radio and television for many years.
His media career witnessed the presentation of a number of talk shows, political and cultural programs, including a satellite dialogue program and a culture dialogue program.
