The same sources estimated the expected losses imposed by the absence of these Ugandan workers from work at regarding 8 million riyals, during the current year, taking into account that the special value in the employment visa, or even in exchange for residence, was not calculated.

The sources report that absenteeism by workers of different nationalities takes place in multiple and organized ways, which guarantees that workers a financial return greater than what they obtain in the jobs for which they were recruited.
