The medical city indicated that when transporting food from one place to another, it must be kept refrigerated at a temperature of 4 to 5 degrees Celsius, and if the meat is frozen, it must be thawed before grilling. ignited.
And she indicated that the internal temperature of the meat should reach a sufficient limit, in order to eliminate harmful bacteria, and following the grilling is completed, it must be kept at a temperature of no less than 65 degrees Celsius until it is served for eating.
She added that food should not be left for more than an hour in normal weather when the weather is hot, in addition to keeping the rest of the food in sealed containers and kept in the refrigerator for consumption within 3 days.
