The Ministry of Health has warned of some violating practices that must be reported to 937 when observed in dental clinics.
Violations include exceeding jurisdiction, using devices and products not licensed by the Food and Drug Authority, practicing health professions without regular licenses, shortcomings in infection control, sterilization, and disposal of medical waste, and not having a list of doctors’ names and their privileges in a prominent place.
