Eggs, bread and vegetables
The nutrition expert said that the quick, healthy and affordable option for men is to eat a mixture of eggs, bread and vegetables, adding that eggs are one of the best animal proteins, easy to digest and cheaper compared to meat, cheese or seafood.
She stressed that it is sufficient for a man to eat a maximum of two eggs, in addition to eating bread, fiber, and vegetables such as sauerkraut, tomatoes, and lettuce, and this meal can be repeated several times a week, alternating with others.
Omelette with stewed tomatoes
She confirmed that an omelette with stewed tomatoes is the most healthy breakfast for men, because it has a beneficial effect on the function of the prostate gland, and it also increases sperm motility due to the lycopene found in the stewed tomatoes.

The nutritionist advised adding oatmeal to breakfast, preferably adding it with fruits, bananas, apples and oranges, while eating protein-fat food because it gives a feeling of satiety, or adding a piece of cheese by 50 grams according to body weight.
