And she indicated that the periodic review carried out by the General Administration of Salaries and its affiliated systems resulted in the discovery of the disbursement of psychological allowances to employees without right, including employees who are paid the allowance and their staffs from Eastern Health, Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Medina, Jizan and Taif, and assigned to work in the mental health management complex in Tabuk. , and other employees employed by health affairs in the Tabuk region or other health facilities and who are not employed by a mental health hospital or an administration complex, which is contrary to the conditions for granting psychological allowances, which require that the cadres of the position for which the allowance is scheduled be within the approved administrative formations in the budget of the complex, hospital or clinic. The Ministry directed to stop the payment of allowances urgently for employees belonging to the owners of the Administration and Mental Health Complex and assigned to work on other fronts due to the irregularity of the payment of the allowance, provided that what was paid to them without a legal basis during the period of their assignment be recovered in other than their staffing.
The Ministry also demanded that the allowance be disbursed urgently for the employees currently assigned to the Irada Complex for Mental Health and their staffing from external parties, provided that coordination takes place with their staffs to recover what was spent without a legal basis, and to work with the General Administration of Mental and Social Health to find out the actual need for staff from the Mental Health Complex. health facilities according to their approved standards and clinical capacity.
