The official spokesman for the National Center of Meteorology, Hussain Al-Qahtani, expected the rain to continue throughout the Kingdom during the next week.
Al-Qahtani said: We are still in the first quarter of winter, which is characterized by low temperatures and rain in the Kingdom, indicating that the winter season started early in most regions of the Kingdom.
He explained that all regions will witness, next week, medium to heavy rains, especially in the western, central, eastern and northern regions, and there are chances of snowfall and hail, and low temperatures, and this case includes weather phenomena such as active dusty winds.
