Dr. Moaz Al-Hazzaa, a consultant in urology and kidney transplant surgery, warned once morest excessive intake of vitamins, supplements and hormones; Because of the health problems that may result from it.
Al-Hazaa said during an interview with the “Ya Hala” program on the “Rotana Khaleejia” channel, that those who take these supplements and vitamins should stop and refer to specialists if they are needed if there are health problems that require taking them.
He noted that taking “hormones” is a major disaster and its health risks may reach infertility, as it stops sperm production, pointing out that taking vitamins for long periods causes “stones”, which is the same thing that sufferers of the “protein diet” regime.
