She explained that the security authorities in Makkah had received a communication from a citizen, in which he confirmed receiving voice messages from his brother’s mobile, asking him to save his life before he was liquidated by the kidnappers, who demanded a ransom of 1,600 riyals.
The sources confirmed that the security authorities were able to arrest the girl next to a famous restaurant in the Batha Quraish neighborhood, and found in her possession the kidnapped’s mobile phone and the key to the apartment in which he is being held, and her partner in the crime was also arrested, and a knife was found in his possession.
She indicated that the kidnapped person was found in the apartment, and he was bruised from beatings and torture over two days of his abduction, stressing that all parties to the gang were taken into custody, and the kidnapped was referred to the hospital to receive the necessary medical care.
