The ministry indicated that the presence of the doctor must also be ensured during the explanation of the procedure and his signature on the medical permission form, as well as the medical staff’s use of the name of the triple reference and his file number before performing the medical procedure or giving him medications, blood transfusions, or sampling.
She added that the auditor must discuss with the medical team if any medical procedure is performed, and inform him of any medication he is taking, whether he suffers from a specific allergy, or if there is a medical device or metal parts that were previously installed before starting any medication or medical procedure for the reviewer. .
