The Ministry of Health has clarified a group of healthy drinks that are beneficial for nursing mothers and their infants.
And she confirmed, during one of her awareness messages during the month of Ramadan, that herbal tea drinks such as anise and chamomile, mineral water, caffeine-free coffee and tea, and a cup of natural juice are healthy and safe drinks for nursing mothers.
She pointed out that these drinks maintain the health of the nursing mother and her infant in general.
