Today (Tuesday), the Ministry of Health published a historical telegram containing an order from the founder, King Abdulaziz Al Saud, regarding the plague vaccine, more than 70 years ago.
The telegram, which dates back to the year 1370 AH, included an order from the founder to send the first batch of the anti-plague vaccine on a French plane, and to coordinate with the Ministry of Health to receive it.
This comes at a time when the Kingdom celebrates the founding day, which coincides with the anniversary of the announcement of the founding of the first Saudi state by Imam Muhammad bin Saud 3 centuries ago.
