The Ministry of Health has provided a number of nutritional advice for male and female students, for easy and easy fasting during their school day.
The ministry called on male and female students to follow several tips in order for them to have better mental health, less sense of hunger and thirst, and high concentration, in addition to obtaining high-value calories, vital energy, and avoiding lethargy and laziness in their school day during the month of Ramadan.
She advised male and female students to distribute drinking water between breakfast and suhoor meals, to eat more foods that contain fiber such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and to include fruits that contain potassium such as bananas and dates in Suhoor, in addition to reducing colored and sweetened drinks and replacing them with water or fresh juices.
