The Ministry of Health reviewed the most important information about the symptoms of myopia, methods of coping with it and its treatment, and the groups most at risk of developing it.

The Ministry stated that myopia is one of the most common types of refractive defects, as the affected person sees close objects clearly while it is difficult for him to see distant objects.
