The Ministry of Health issued several tips before eating Eid al-Adha meat, coinciding with the first day of Eid.
The ministry advised to make sure that the food is cooked well and does not reach the point of burning, as well as replacing salt with cinnamon, black pepper and lemon, and adding salad to the meal because it provides the body with useful nutrients and makes you feel full.
She stressed that eating meat once a day is sufficient, noting that the daily need for meat is 70 to 90 grams.
