The Council of Ministers, in its session held last Tuesday, approved the Asset transferGranting rights, and transferring the state’s financial and contractual obligations and rights related to health services provided by the Ministry of Health, to the Health Holding Company or any of its subsidiaries.
The ministry clarified that the assets are devices, equipment, supplies and others that contribute to the provision of health services of all kinds, while the obligations are what the ministry incurs as a result of the existence of contracts or partnerships such as “supplying devices, equipment, supplies, medicines, maintenance and others.”
She added that the rights are obtained by the ministry through contracts and partnerships, such as “devices, equipment, supplies, medicines, maintenance and others.”
