The Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council has warned once morest the use of growth hormone and steroids to increase muscle mass, due to the serious complications it causes on human health.

The council explained that among these complications are impotence, liver problems, kidney damage and heart diseases such as a heart attack.

And he indicated that muscle mass can be increased by eating foods that contain a high percentage of proteins, in addition to protein supplements, taking into account the health status of those who have liver and kidney problems.
