The Gulf Health Council reviewed some healthy habits that can be included in the usual routine.
The council explained that the most prominent of these habits is to limit 10 minutes per day to stretching, and 30 minutes to read per week, in addition to 3 days of exercise, with a glass of water upon waking.
He pointed out the necessity of eating fruit with breakfast, and planning duties at the beginning of each week, in addition to limiting exposure to sunlight for 10 minutes for 3 days a week, and using the stairs instead of the elevator.
