News 24 | Gulf Health: 4 tips to help relieve psychological stress

The Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council issued a set of tips to help relieve psychological stress, coinciding with International Men’s Day.

The Council advised self-care by exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and practicing favorite hobbies or activities during the day.

She also recommended communicating with those around him, and expressing the pressures he faces with family, friends, or a specialist, in addition to obtaining help by talking to a specialist in the event of a need for consultation.

She noted that studies have shown that men are less aware of the negative moods they face, and are also less likely to seek the medical advice they need.
