The Gulf Health Council has provided several effective tips to overcome physical inactivity, in order to enjoy life and seize opportunities.
The council explained that a person can overcome inactivity by introducing movement into all daily activities, and completing work by standing or moving for 5 minutes every hour, in addition to accompanying movers who encourage movement and activity.
He pointed out the possibility of exercising by choosing any favorite sport, practicing it for at least half an hour a day, avoiding long periods of sitting and reducing periods of sitting on electronic devices and watching TV.
