Today (Sunday) in Yanbu Governorate, the Ministry of Interior executed a death sentence against two citizens, who kidnapped a juvenile and took him outside the urban area and beat him, causing him to be injured and committing the obscenity of sodomy with force and death threats.
The ministry stated that the invitees: Abdul Majeed bin Marzouq bin Mariziq Al-Subhi and Eid bin Bakhit bin Moawad Al-Subhi; They committed this heinous crime, before the security authorities were able to arrest them.
She added that the investigation with the aforementioned defendants resulted in accusing them of committing their crime, and by referring them to the General Court, an instrument was issued against them proving their guilt over what was attributed to them, and the verdict to kill them as a disciplinary measure.
She pointed out that the ruling was supported by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided and was supported by its reference.
