Today (Saturday) Ministry of Health statistics showed that no deaths from the “Corona” virus were recorded during the past 24 hours, while new infections witnessed an increase, with a decrease in recovery cases.
The statistics indicated that 234 new cases of infection were recorded today, an increase of 15 cases from yesterday, bringing the total number of cases to 755,076 cases.
She pointed out that no new deaths were recorded for the second time this month, and the sixth since the beginning of the pandemic, so that the total deaths as a result of the virus remained at yesterday’s level of 9,099 deaths.
It indicated a rise in the critical cases curve; Two new cases were admitted to intensive care, bringing the total number of cases now to 55.
And she indicated that the cases of recovery from the virus witnessed a slight increase from yesterday, when 103 cases were recorded, to remain at their high levels compared to injuries, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 742,451 cases.
