New infections with the Corona virus in the Kingdom witnessed a new jump, with 686 cases recorded, an increase of 156 cases from yesterday, which is the highest daily toll recorded since last February 23.
The number of people recovered also increased during the past 24 hours, as 621 people recovered, so that recovery cases continue to rise since the ninth of last May. This brings the total of those recovered to 751,798 out of 767,412 injured since the start of the pandemic in the Kingdom.
On the other hand, critical cases decreased compared to yesterday, as only one case entered intensive care today (Monday), bringing the total of critical cases to 83.
Deaths resulting from Covid 19 stabilized at the level of one death, bringing the total to 9,145. Thus, deaths remain at the low levels that began to be recorded since the beginning of October 2021.
