King Saud Medical City enumerated the benefits of eating dark chocolate, foremost of which is the contribution to the prevention of some diseases.
And the city indicated that dark chocolate with cocoa content (45%-69%) is a rich source of iron, and it helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, in addition to being a rich source of antioxidants (flavonoids).
She pointed out that it helps regulate insulin levels, and helps fight high blood pressure and iron deficiency.
