The family of the Yemeni Siamese twin, Mawaddah and Rahma, valued the directives issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz; Transferring the twins to the Kingdom for the necessary tests to separate them.
The father of the two girls, Hudhayfa Al-Firisi, said that his two daughters were born in March and are two months old, indicating in a report broadcast by the “Al-Ikhbariya” channel, that following conducting the tests, it was found that the two girls were attached to the abdominal area, and they shared the liver and part of the small intestine, and that their health condition good.
For her part, the Director of the Governmental Friendship Hospital in Aden, Dr. Kefaya Al-Jazei, explained that the two children were transferred to the nursery, and the transfer and follow-up process was supervised by the King Salman Center, where travel procedures and quick preparations for transferring the two children to the Kingdom are now continuing.
