Real Madrid coach, Italian Carlo Ancelotti, believes that playing in the Arab region is not suitable for Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ancelotti said, according to the Spanish “AS”: “Messi and Ronaldo performed wonderfully and scored many goals over the past years. Messi finally won the World Cup while Ronaldo did not succeed, but this does not negate that he had a wonderful career.”
He added, “I do not know what he will decide regarding his future, but I think he wants to stay and play at very high levels, and this is what the Arab world cannot provide for him.”
He concluded, “The Arab championships are not suitable for Ronaldo. He wants to continue the competition, and he will not find that there.”
Ronaldo was linked to moving to Al-Nasr club during the next winter transfer period, according to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”.
