The Emir of the Northern Borders Region, Prince Faisal bin Khalid, directed the General Directorate of Health Affairs in the region to complete the treatment of the two brothers, Hashim Al-Sharif, 16 years old, and Fatima, following visiting them at their home.
Hashem suffers from Hellyer syndrome, cerebral palsy and complete paralysis, and lives on oxygen, while Fatima, 8 years old, also suffers from cerebral palsy, which causes her to be paralyzed.
Prince Faisal directed that they be treated in one of the advanced centers specialized in their condition and that all care be provided for them, to ensure the improvement of their health condition.
