A Saudi citizen was killed in a hotel in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, yesterday (Tuesday), following a quarrel with a number of people.
Jadaan Muflih Al-Anzi, the uncle of the dead man, said:News 24They received the news of the killing of his nephew, named “Musa Mishahn Al-Anzi,” due to a quarrel that took place at dawn on Tuesday between him and a number of people in Rabat.
He explained that his nephew went to Morocco to accompany one of his friends who had cancer for treatment, noting that the dead man’s friends had told him that the incident took place in the same hotel in which he was staying.
He indicated that the Kingdom’s embassy in Rabat had contacted them; And I promised them to complete the procedures for transporting the dead body to the Kingdom, pointing out that they expressed a desire to travel to Morocco to follow up the procedures, but the embassy informed them that there was no need for that.
Al-Anzi called on the Moroccan authorities to intensify investigations to uncover the circumstances of the crime killed his nephew, and punish those involved in committing it.
