The writer in the real estate field, Khaled Al-Rubaish, explained the reasons behind the increase in real estate prices in Riyadh during the recent period, and the extent to which they might drop once more.
Al-Rubaish said that this rise is caused by rumors promoted by the owners, talking regarding the establishment of large development projects near the lands they own.
He pointed out, according to “Al Arabiya” channel, that real estate developers and owners are taking advantage of their current obligation to deliver services, and the failure of government agencies to do so in promoting price increases as well.
He noted that the current price drop depends on two things; They are the extent to which the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing applies land fees, in addition to the many offers made by the “Roshan” real estate group.
