News 24 | A consultant warns: Leaving stress treatment and relying on herbs may lead to heart failure

Cardiologist and arterial catheterization consultant, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, warned once morest listening to the advice of some friends to stop treating pressure and relying on herbs and some foods.

Al-Nimr confirmed that one of the patients was exposed to severe hypertension and heart failure, which led to his being admitted to intensive care. Because he left stress pills and relied on drinking chamomile tea and eating bananas.

He called on heart patients not to compliment friends by eating restaurants and fast food because they are high in salt, which may cause fluid to accumulate in the lungs and enter intensive care for those who have severe heart weakness.
