To receive applications, the agency stipulated that licenses and commercial records for catering contractors for Hajj and Umrah be valid, and that the area of the establishment in the affiliated facilities not be less than 600 square meters, and the presence of a critical point control analysis system (HACCp), and the licensing of 3 transport vehicles for refrigerated meals as a minimum equipped with 4 stainless steel carts for each vehicle. .
The requirements also included the availability of experience in the field without related notes affecting the quality of the product and service, and the provision of dedicated and equipped sites for packaging and packaging of an area of not less than 65 square meters, in addition to the presence of a meal preparation headquarters in Medina.
