1- Hair loss and dandruff
Hair loss and dandruff on the scalp may be evidence of a deficiency of some vitamins and minerals, including zinc, and vitamin B2,3,6.
2- Wrinkles of the hands and fingers
The appearance of wrinkles on our bodies is a normal and healthy sign of aging, and fingers are usually exposed when we are in the water for an extended period of time.
But when our hands start to look more wrinkled and lose elasticity faster than other parts of the body, your body may be sending you a warning. Wrinkles on your fingers without exposure to water might mean dehydration, poor circulation, or a thyroid problem.
3- White spots on the tongue (white tongue)
A change in the color of your tongue from pink to white may mean that you have an infection in the mouth or that you have diabetes, so you should undergo the necessary medical examinations.
4- Itching or red spots on the skin
Red, itchy skin is usually a sign of eczema or a skin allergy, but sometimes a rash, as a symptom of a fever, can be caused by infection or touching certain plants.
Even if this symptom does not seem serious, these spots should be checked by a professional.
5- Swelling of the ankles
Swollen ankles are a common sign of pregnancy, but if you’re not expecting a baby, it might mean poor circulation, heart problems or an underactive thyroid. The least serious cause of this symptom is eating too much salt, which can lead to water retention.
6- Dry eyes
This dry eyes can cause burning, inflammation and damage to the eyes. Dehydration may be caused by aging or certain medications, but it can also be a sign of Sjögren’s syndrome.
Sjogren’s disease often accompanies dry mouth, a disorder of the immune system.
7- Bloating
Some slight bloating following a meal isn’t usually a cause for concern, but it might also be a sign of a food allergy. Eating foods you’re allergic to (even if you don’t know it) causes a lot of gas in your stomach. The most common foods that cause this are wheat and gluten.
8- Bruises all over the body
If you always find bruises in random places and don’t remember being exposed to anything, it may be a good idea to turn to your doctor. Random bruising may mean a simple vitamin deficiency, but it might also be a sign of something more serious, such as a blood clotting disease.
9- Persistent thirst
It is always important to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water, but always feeling thirsty is a typical symptom of prediabetes. Another common symptom is fatigue and frequent urination as a result of constant thirst.
10- Muscular tension
Muscle cramps can have many causes, including physical activity, stress, dehydration, and not getting enough sleep. In more serious cases, it might mean a neurological disorder or kidney disease.
11- Making sounds during sleep
While snoring is annoying to your partner, it is often not harmful to your body. Often, it may be a sign of OSA (obstructive sleep apnea). Sleep apnea requires medical attention, and your doctor may prescribe a medical device to help you sleep and breathe better at night.
