Asus today launched two new laptops in India. The newly launched Asus ExpertBook B1402 and ExpertBook B1502 are part of the company’s B1 series of business laptops and feature an upgraded design that’s slimmer and lighter than previous generation models. These new business laptops are powered by 12th Generation Intel Core processors. Asus says its new ExpertBook B1 series laptops include a suite of “class 1” features such as dual-slot exhausts for fast cooling and improved performance, a PCIe Gen 4 solid-state drive, dual USB-C ports with USB-C charging, and an RJ port. -45 full-size hardtail with LEDs for status among other things. Asus ExpertBook B1402, ExpertBook B1502 price and availability

Asus says its ExpertBook B1402 and ExpertBook B1502 laptops will be available at its leading business PC channel partners. However, the company has not shared details regarding pricing and availability yet. Also Read – Windows 11, 10 users need to update their PC now

Asus ExpertBook B1402 and ExpertBook B1502 specifications

ExpertBook B1402 comes with three different display types. The first variant comes with a 14-inch LED-backlit anti-glare display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16:9 and 220 nits of brightness. The second variant comes with a 14-inch LED-backlit anti-glare display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16:9 and 250 nits of brightness. On the other hand, ExpertBook B1502 comes with a 15.6-inch anti-glare LED-backlit display. It is also available in three different screen types. One has an FHD display and a peak brightness of 250 nits. The second, with an FHD screen but with 220nits of peak brightness and the third with an HD screen and 220nits of peak brightness.

Both laptops are powered by an Intel Core i7-1255U processor paired with Intel Iris Xe graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, and up to 2TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Running Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 Home.

Coming to the keyboard, both laptops come with a full-size, backlit, spill-resistant keyboard with fingerprint sensor and optional NumberPad 2.0. Both laptops come with a 720p HD camera with microphone, stereo speakers and a built-in microphone with AI noise cancellation technology. For security, these laptops have a built-in TPM 2.0 security chip, webcam cover, Kensington lock slot, and ASUS Business Manager with secure drive options and lock control for USB storage devices.

On the connectivity front, both laptops have Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB 2.0 Type A port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port that supports Power Delivery, and a USB 3.2 Type C support port. Gen 2, HDMI 1.4 port, 3.5mm combo audio jack, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. Both laptops are backed by a 3-cell, 42Wh lithium-ion polymer battery.
